The Liberty Gold Referral Rewards Program makes your relationships and friendships more valuable than ever. Simply share the name of a friend or friends who could benefit from Liberty Gold and we’ll do the rest. We make the contact and close the sale, and when your referral opens a Liberty Gold account and buys gold or silver, we reward you with gold! What could be easier?

Prefer to do your own marketing? It’s easy. Simply log into your Liberty Gold account and from your control panel, select the link generator from the Rewards Program menu. You may use your unique link in emails, websites, letters and more!

It pays to refer!
You have the opportunity to earn unlimited referral rewards for your referrals to Liberty Gold. You earn rewards every time one of your referred customers buys gold or silver! Liberty Gold will reward you with 10% of the premium paid by your referral. You can also earn $20 for each referral that pays the Liberty Gold MasterCard application fee.

The more you refer, the more you can earn.

Here is how you can start:
1. Open a Liberty Gold account. Once your account is approved, you may log in to your account, click the “Register for Rewards” in your Account Control Panel and accept the rewards program terms of service.
2. Enter the first name, last name and email address of your referral. (You can enter up to three at a time). If you have a large list of referrals, contact our rewards program staff. Or, if you prefer, you may keep your referrals confidential by using your unique rewards program link.
3. We will send them an email with your unique rewards program link. If you prefer to keep your referrals confidential, please use your unique rewards program link to market Liberty Gold. You must adhere to the Liberty Gold terms of service at all times.
4. Get your unique referral reward program link by signing into your Liberty Gold account. Select the “Get Rewards Link” in the Rewards Program Menu.
5. We will deposit your reward/s into your Liberty Gold account once your referral completes a gold or silver purchase and/or pays the Liberty Gold MasterCard application fee.

*Please note: To receive your referral reward, the person you are referring must sign up for a Liberty Gold account using your unique rewards program link. Failure to comply will result in disqualification of the referral award.

Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for the rewards, your Liberty Gold account and the referred account must be in good standing.
2. Rewards are earned when a referred customer makes a purchase of gold or silver and/or the MasterCard application fee is paid.
3. Rewards are payable upon the completion of payment in full of any purchase.
4. Reward amounts are calculated based on the premium of the spot price at the moment the reward is earned.
5. Reward payments are made by a deposit of gold in an amount equal to the reward amount on the 15th of the following month in which the reward was earned.
6. Liberty Gold is not responsible for any applicable taxes or reporting.

General
1. Definitions
a. LGI: Liberty Gold International, Ltd., a New Zealand company.
b. Referrer: Individual or company that provides the information to LGI of a potential new LGI customer.
2. The LGI Referral Rewards program is valid only for referrals that open an approved account. An approved account is an account that has successfully met all LGI requirements.
3. Misuse of this program may result in the closure of your LGI account and forfeit of the offers and rewards.
4. The Referral Rewards program is subject to the LGI Terms and Conditions of service.
5. The recipient or prospective recipient of a referral reward does not become an agent or affiliate of LGI by virtue of receiving a referral reward.
6. Any customer that becomes a customer of LGI by being referred to the service is a customer of LGI for the services procured from LGI.
7. WARRANTY. LGI MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE AGREEMENT OR ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS THAT MAY BE INVOLVED AT ANY TIME WITH THIS AGREEMENT. LGI DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION), FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE).
